Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed the stunning views from the Avenue of the Stars and loved exploring K11 Musea. The service was top-notch, and the horizon club felt like a special treat for us. Always convenient and close to everything we needed!

The only downside was that the check-in took longer than expected, but they sorted it out pretty quickly.

I had a delightful time at the Kowloon Shangri-La. The location stands out with easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui station, making it convenient to explore the city. My room on the 20th floor offered stunning views of Hong Kong Island, which I loved. Housekeeping impressed me with their attention to detail. my room was always spotless and well-maintained. The staff in the Horizon Lounge provided exceptional service, particularly Elisa and Hayden, who made me feel like a welcome guest. The breakfast buffet featured a wide range of tasty options. However, check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The food at the casual restaurant felt more like a canteen experience, lacking quality. I would have appreciated more variety, especially for vegetarians. Despite a few hiccups, I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the hospitality and breathtaking views.

The moment we walked in, the lobby took my breath away with its stunning decor, and our suite was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. We loved relaxing by the indoor pool and indulging in a soothing massage at the spa. The only minor hiccup was that our room had a bit of an older feel, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 😊

Consider requesting a room with a view. it can make your stay much more special and enjoyable.

Comfortable room, comfortable stay, with a great view of the harbor from my room and easy access to the MTR which made exploring the area a breeze.

shangri-la offers a luxurious stay with a modern and comfortable feel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. the location is perfect for exploring, with quiet areas overlooking victoria harbour, perfect for adults to relax while kids enjoy games and books. our room was very comfortable and quiet, making it an ideal place to unwind.

Couples seeking a nice vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was fantastic with a great view of the harbor despite the rain. The breakfast was unbelievable, so many choices my head was spinning, probably the best we have had at any hotel.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

It was just a proper fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Hong Kong with incredible value for money. The hostess greeted us with a BMW at the airport, which was a fantastic touch. For a special treat, try to get a room with a view of the harbor.

Our family loved the beautifully decorated lobby for the holidays and the amazing water pressure in the bathroom made our stay more enjoyable. The kids couldn't stop raving about the fantastic breakfast!
